Debadging Problems
Currently in the process of trying to debadge my Civic. I was able to get the plastic "Civic" and "HX" off w/ dental floss. After that I used Goo Gone to remove the remaining glue. I was able to get 90% of the glue off, but the remaining stuff is being a real pain in the ***. It's really hard, and doesn't seem to want to soften up despite several re-applications of Goo Gone. I've also tried scraping it off, but that doesn't seem to be working either. I don't wanna take a razor blade to it or anything, 'cause I'm pretty sure that's gonna **** w/ the paint.
Any suggestions?

1) use the search feature, its your best friend.2) Goo-Gone WILL F*ck up your paint, because I did it and left a lot of scratches, etc. 3) If you got all the sticker stuff off, dont worry about it you did what you could do. Just wash that area a lot, use wax, and it will start to clear up with the rest of the paint.

3m adhesive remover! Works great! Its amazing, you can get some at like walmart in the autosection. Disolves that stuff like nothing else. I've used that goo-be-gone stuff when I was taking that rubber trim adhesive of my fenders and it did everything but help. 3m works great though.
I used the same method, with the dental floss and the goo-gone. The result was a 'haze' in the general area that I had wiped the goo-gone.
I used Meguiar's Scratch-X in very liberal amounts and it took care of the 'haze' very well.
