Default Debadging Question

I was cleaning my car today and decided I wanted to go debadge it. Got my dental floss and started to peel off the 'EX' and the 'Civic' logos on the the truck of my car, and they came off fine. But I examined all the goo that was left over and it seems there was some bad paint under the logos, and its not just clearcoat damage, I can see even below the paint. Now heres my question, How do I go about fixing this? Here are some pictures.

EDIT: Sorry for the bad pics, they are from a cell phone.

I don't think the paint is damaged... it's probably just the goo. Goo Gone will do the trick
