Can someone do a DIY for a 97 civic fender replacement. I got most of the bolts off, but i can figure out how to get the bolt off behind the skirt

I believe you have to push the skirt forward to get it off... it's held in by clips. To get the clips out to get the skirt back on, just take each individual clip, turn it sideways, and pull it out. Then, put the clips back into the sideskirt and push the skirt back into place; the clips will lock in place.

 

Theres also more bolts hidden by the bumper.
