i have a 98 civic ex and my inside passenger doorhandle will not open the door. but the handle on the outside of passenger door works just fine. what could the problam be. i took the door panel off but that plastic is covering everything up..could i take it off or what do i need to do?

 

Do 98 EX's have child safety locks? :P
