Default Driving light options? What can I do?

I have a 2002 Civic EX coupe.

On the front bumper (is it called a cowl?)... I seem to have a place to put some driving lights. Curious what people are putting here. My insurance company will give me a discount for driving lights that are on all the time, so I think I could have a win/win..... looks and save money on insurance. Pictures please?

Thanks,
Roomie92

on the front bumper, by the cowl are you talking about the lower grill? and by driving lights are you talking about fog lights? you can get some oem or oem style fog lights, you can find them on ebay

Yes and yes. In the picture in your signature, the lights in the lower grill. If those r considered fog lights, that is what I want. What are a good option there? Brands, size, etc...?

Do these pop into my current grill?..... I assume yes....but then is the next question.... My grill has a spot where they look to fit, but the "insert" doesn't pop out....looks like I have to cut it out.... is that right?

Thanks,
Roomie

i'm not exactly sure since i dont have a 7th gen civic. for my 99 civic, i do have to cut the bumper for the fog lights. i would assume that it is likely that you may need to cut the grill.
