anyone ever bought fog lights from ebay? specifically these:

the wiring is WAY TOO short right now...i can't pull the short harness through the fender into the inside because it's too short. how do i extend them?

Get some extra wire, that's the same gauge preferably. Cut the wires that are needed to be extended and cut the extra wire to the needed length and then connect the lines. If you aren't familiar with cutting, splicing, and crimping wire and wire accessories, have someone that knows how to for you. Since those are wires that will be in areas that get moisture, I suggest sealing the areas where the connections are with shrink tubing or if you can't find shrink tubing, electrical tape.
