I bought projectors off ebay (For the Teg) and the projectors were loose in the housing. Definitely would've gotten better results with a reputable store.
I have had many friends buy them off ebay and be happy though, so it's really up to who and what you're buying.
Gokudo_sama you should seal your lights no matter what. It's not worth getting water in them and risking burning out the bulb, or it just looking terrible. You can get silicon at any hobby, craft, or department store; and you need to seal all around the edges where the clear plastic meets the plastic casing.
