yea its just a heads up to be careful. the spring/shock will just pop and fall on ground.

Well the how else am i gonna do it TRUST!!!!! If my face isnt right underneith the fork, i cant get the angle and proper force needed to release the bolt from its grasp with the other metal!!!!!! ITS IMPOSSIBLE. Ill just take one for the team.

soo... ****.. ill have taken the fork off. then the spring and shock are left and ill undo the bolt in the hood, thus turning the shock into a missle propelled by the spring.. am i right?

lol...no!..lol undo the fork take it out. then unbolt the brake line.

then open hood and stand in front of car and unbolt the shock nut. its goona do the same thing it did on the side you just did. nothing serious. i was just trying to say dont be sticking your head up in fender well or something while doing it.
its not going to fly across yur garage.

You can "borrow" spring compressors from Autozone. You have to pay upfront but you'll get all the money back when you return them so it ends up being free. The problem is the ones they have are a little too big for Civic springs. May only work once you have the spring out of the car.

okay.. So i finally got the driver side suspension done! But wait, theres more

I put the shorter stech spring on that side and it was semi difficult to get in.. and Im now realizing that was most likely the rear spring???

SO! I started the other side (passenger) with the longer spring thinking im gonna go back and redo the driver side one as I think I used a rear spring. But when I was doing the passenger side there is absolutly NOWAY that I can get the spring compressed enough to get the fork on, any suggestions??

Someone tell me im right about the shorter ones up front.. But i think we all no that just cant be true. Not for me =(
