Hey everyone, so yeah i decided to try and paint my car myself. yeah alot people said i was crazy. but i think i did a pretty good job it only took me 2 1/2 months cause i wanted it to come out really good and so needless to say i painted it twice. but, heres the finished product....

i still have a few more cosmetic mods like JDM fogs and i wanna retro fit the taillights with LEDS and i still wanna paint my headlight housings blue too. but money and a shop is the issue right now but, yeah let me know what you guys think.

i hope your getting rims lol maybe black 15's like vsr's? or work wheels?

 

Ya very nice job. It looks great. And in my opinion the side skirts would look nice painted blue.

 

I was thinking about that butttt i wana get a lip kit and paint it black and have black rims, do i thought it matchd better but yea for now it woulda lookd better with blue skirts

 

eah, I don't know, I looks alright, looks like a maaco job or something. You need to wet sand it and buff out the clear coat if you haven't already.

 

i think considering it was his first paint job ever and your comparing it to a maaco job that's a compliment. especially for someone who had no training or anything and im pretty sure he hasnt wet sanded it or buffed it yet.

 

lol, that's sig worthy there, I can rattle can just as good of a paint job as maaco (no offense or anything)

 

lol thanks for taking that outta context... but yeah i dont think theres any reason to hate on the job because at least in person it looks sick and i dont see you painting cars with spray guns and compressors or any cars at all. shaking up a spray can and spraying it doesnt count either for a paint job lol no offense to anyone who has done it cause i have seen a few that came out good.

 

whoa whoa whoa ppl, lol first off it needs to be wet sanded and buffed deff, y i hasnt been done yet...... i ran outa money okay lol im hoping on geting a buffer for christmas ;P

but its not 100% yet but it will be soon (cuz were hosting a show so it better be )
