thanks for the replies....
i am not "spray bombing" it. i have a friend thats gonna shoot it, with a paint gun.
ive decided ill go ahead and continue to tint the window, but im gonna leave all the lights stock. that way they will pop more...

just painting a car with flat paint is primer, but if you use regular gloss car paint you can shoot the clearcoat over it and you can add stuff to the clear to get rid of the shiney, so you have a nice even paint job with no shiney, and its not primer.
