I just recently purchased a 2002 civic ex. Is there any fog lights that you know of that fit directly into the bumper without having to cut the bumper? I've seen some, but I have no clue how they would fit without some sort of bumper modification...

 

I have the OEM fogs on my 04 civic... your front is different than mine but i am pretty sure your EX has two spots in the lower grill where you simply take out the black pieces with a dremel tool and epoxy the fogs back in... took about 15 minutes to cut out the fog lamp holes each and about an hour to get that epoxy to dry.
