well those instructions are for a 96-98... i doubt they are the same for a wha 2001+ civic...

just thought i'd share this with you guys: I FINISHED INSTALLING MY FOGLIGHTS!!! everything went well, except the bulging of the foglights...

I'm not asian, I'm white. I just grew up there. And chinese have WAAAAY more characters than japanese so i can only understand half of the chinese crap on it. I couldn't get a chance to take any close up shots of my car today, sorry. I really lost track of what i was supposed to do and what I wanted to do!
