Gauge Cluster

Default Gauge Cluster
ALright does anyone know how to remove the clear housing type thing that when you take it out and apart is attacthed to the black backing that covers everythiing up? Wow i wish i had a better discription, its just mine cracked and it seems that the black face thats attacthed to it is glue on.
