wheelsnext - $1,100 with nitto neo gen's. mounted and balanced with a 2yr. warranty. im pissed right now though. i have been outside for 2 hours trying to get my wheel off where i could fix my brake noise. the dang lug nuts are STRIPPED!!! no wonder the rims came with FREE ones. about 10/16 are just done for. i had to go to napa and get a big allen head and use a pipe to get them off...i got lucky! well im off to buy some more lugs! thanks !!

 

WHAT ya just got the rims put on and most the lugs are striped already....
id take them back as is and tell them they have to fix every one of them!!!


but if ya buy the new lugs also buy new lug nuts.... i fthier so striped thiers a chance they didnt use the right lug nuts which striped em all in the process...

i bought new lug nuts tonight and i think they are alright. anyway, here is the brake problem - I THINK its because there are 2 screws there when u take the rim off u know ( the ones that fit flush ) well one of them is missing. these screws go to the rotor and im thinking that when i hit the brakes, that missing screw is allowing the rotor to shake and its making that loud clicking/grinding noise. any body have any ideas? i mean i took the caliper off, checked the pads, greased the bolts...thats the only thing it can BE!!! ---hopefully.

 

The car looks pretty clean, but it needs a drop like previously stated.

 

Mine have a fat lip too...i got them for 600.
Personally i like them better than the small lip rims...they give it a better look, especially when you look
at the car and wheels sideways.
