Default Halo/Angel Eye Wiring

I have had those halo/ angel eye headlights for a while now but havent connected up the halo light part. I have 2 wires (pos and neg) that need to be connected to a 12v source, i know i can just ground out the black one to wherever. My question is this. Where should i draw the power from? I only want the halos on when my car is on, so it has to be a switched wire somewhere. I also want to make sure that this wire has enough extra amps to power these light so i dont blow fuses all the time. For all you guys out there that have these same lights, what did you do? Thanks!

I would just hook them up to your daytime running lights. Or the turnsignals.

Ok, well maybe I'll set in a set of fog lights and wire them into that. If i put a fuse in line on the power and splice it all into one wire and run it to the battery that should work.
