Halo lights

Default Halo lights

i have halos on my car but they dont work.it says to splice the wires into the drls but i think the person who did it either blew a fuse or spliced it wrong?only my brights work do halos burn out alot? bc these headlights look fairly new

Yeah, some halos (ebay)tend to burn out fairly quickly.. I've heard from some people that had them wired to their parking lights that they'll burn out inabout three weeks. I've had my halos for about a year, and the angel eyes still work (but I almost never have the halos on).

they shouldnt burn out that qucik due to the bulbs on those angel eyes are LED's they should last for quite some times, unless when they wired it to the parking lights, when they splice the wire from the angel eyes they cut the resistor and that would almost immediately burn out due to the 12v current coming from the park lights, the resistor basically corrects the voltage thats going into the LED's that is in the angel eyes, the only reason that the LED"S work on 12 v is because of the resistor
