Default Halo lights

I have a pair of old, kinda scratched, yellow tinted halo lights...I hooked em up to see if they work and 2 bulbs were not working so I switched the working ones onto one headlight. when they're on bright both halos glow...on dim none..I can rewire this so they come on for both or what ever pattern I choose. It looks weird not having one on dim, maybe I should alternate them?

Thats them..

Dim- no halo

Brights- both halos

wow your halo's are quite dim and personally id suggest poping those headlights apart and spraing the background or whatever flat black it would look way better
