Default Hatchback troubles

So I have a 92 hatch, and I have a problem.
The back window of it is always caked with dust cause I live on a dusty road.
This always causesa problem because I can't see throughthe window because there's so much dust.
Has anyone else with a hatch had this problem?
And maybe know a way to fix or make it better?
Thanks.
