i had my 07 civic 4 about 2 months now nd i was lookin 2 take out the orange from my head lights nd leave it lookin all clear..my question is has any1 done dat and how long did it takeand hard was it 2 do????

ya could have just bumped the other thread. but the only thing i can suggest is look arround ebay or websites cause you would have to replace that part of the light if it is seperate from th erest of the headlight, or the whole headlight if it is one piece.

 

You can do it with paint remover I hear... but you could just buy some clear corners or new headlights (not sure if they're one piece or two). But if you do that, check your state regulations, that orange is there for a reason. It's so everybody can see your turn signals, and if you do that, your car won't pass inspection and they'll change your turn signal bulbs to colored ones.

 

you could probably just put orange bulbs in there when you go for inspection and then just take em out again when you get home. lol. thats what i'd do.

 

it might be illegal to not have any orange in your headlights, so watch that too. I noticed lately you cant buy an projectors without orange in them, which kinda sux but it does look really good totally clear (sorry i dont have any advice on how to do it though)
