Default Headlamps

So my 1996 Civix EX has very fogged/glazed head lights. So bad that I can leave my brights on and it not bother anyone. So I'm looking at getting some new lights. I'd like to do HID's but I think money will prevent me at this time. So I'm looking for opinions as to what everyone recommends for replacements. Are the Halo's that good or bad? I drive about a hour a day in the dark every day in the country. So I really want some good lights so that I can keep from hitting those deer.

Thanks in advance for your opinions.

Shane

You can use sandpaper to clear them out and make them very shiny. if you buy hids they will be brighter, but the fogged headlights will not let a lot of light through.

wet sand with 1000-1500-2000 grit, buff it out with 3m rubbing compound, car wax for a sealant layer, bango clear headlights... but tyc makes great projectors

There is even a kit at Autozone or Advanced Auto Parts that you can buy to get rid of that haze on your lights.
