Default headlights fogging up

i just got a pair of halo projecter headlights off of e-bay(http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...K%3AMEAFB%3AIT), they work great but now im having the little problem with them fogging up,i havent seen them all fogged up but today i went to go look at them and right in the corner of one of them on the inside was a little mosture, before i installed them i sealed the seam where they are glued tougher with sealent, in the back of them there are little pin holes (2) in the rubber that covers the bulbs and thers this little rubber hose thing that comes out and bends around but i think thats sopposed to be there cuz its on the stock headlight too, thos are the only openings i can see..is it the pin holes?..any suggestions??? please help
