The dealership said I can do it myself... Just pop out the broken glass and then "glue" the new glass in place. Is this true? I am not totally clueless when it comes to cars but I've never done this before and don't want to damage my power mirror. MANY THANKS FOR ANY SUGGESTIONS/HELP!!!

if you rotate the glass, you can see behind it in the housing and there should be a metal clip that holds the glass on the pivot ball, i dunno if you should mess with that though, it's a little trickie and you run the risk of breaking some of the plastic inside the mirror.

Is it a POP in POP out thing, when you look behind you will just see that its poped into little round things, you just need to pop it out. Its a challange tho, somtimes you think you are going to brake it.
