Yeah, it's a kouki, not sure why they had it for a zenki lip (yes, I just checked to make sure lol). Actually, I think the spoon lip would fit either since it attaches to the bottom of the bumper instead of fitting over the lower part.
And check the links. If you have $800 you, too, can own a true BYS bumper

Same here.
But I'll throw it out there to be sure. For the kouki/zenki conversion, you need:
-front bumper
-hood
-fenders
-headlights
-grille
All the '99/'00 parts bolt right up to the '96-'98 chassis; the hardest part is gapping the panels properly.
