the only way you're not buying a cheapo is if you go out and buy a REAL mugen or type r lip. There's other brands too. If you want to buy expensive, go ahead, but you're just wasting your money because eBay polyurethane lips are already pretty good quality.

That looks more like a 99-00 civic Si, not so much like the mugen you were looking for.
But it doesnt look to bad, maybe with some better pic might look better.
