okay so, today my new grille, headlights, and fog lights came!

I was wondering...
how could i get the outer edge of the grille painted silver... the right way?

also..
you guys were telling me about having to seal the aftermarket headlights?
How do i do that? what do i have to buy to seal them?

congrats on your new part. ok, you have a couple options to get the grill painted. bring it to a shop they will probably do it for $50. or you can do what i did. do it myself. get some painters tape to tape up the mesh part of the grill. then buy some color spray paint, there are generic ones that are sold at autozone or kragen and there are paint code matched spray paint. I got mine off of http://www.automotivetouchup.com i got a can of base color paint and a can of clear coat.

for sealing up the headlights go to autozone or kragen and grab some clear silicone. you seal the part where the glass meets the plastic.

^Right. And when you seal the headlights, do it thoroughly. I have sealed around 3 sets of headlights, and I rushed on the first 2 of those 3 sets (although it looked sealed). Both leaked water in eventually. This last time I sealed headlights, I spent around 45 minutes doing it, making sure to fill in every nook and cranny. It hasn't fogged the tiniest bit yet.

There is a clear plastic lens, and the housing. Seal the seam of the lens meeting the housing, all the way around the seam.

the seam between the lens and the housing was kinda common sense.

Advanced auto parts also carries touch-up paint. I don't know if they have every one of Honda's paint codes in spray-paint form, but last time I was looking at spray paint I saw a can of Milano Red.
