Where's a good place to get a conversion kit to change my stock 98 civic lights to HID (and maybe even change the headlights at the same time)

I'm sick of getting blinded by people with improperly aimed ones, and feel its time to blind some people back....

 

Autohaus in City of Industry, CA has some nice HID kits in stock. Made in Japan, without the Japan price. Not sure about headlight, though I know they carry several types.

 

I got mine from a shop.. .they ordered them from Amazon.com... SPC electronics or something like that... WAAAY nice.
