Hello Moogly do you have any new pic of your new lights?
Does the shield help with the glare?

^^^ mine looks like that and i dont have retrofit
PERSONALY I DOUBT THAT!!!!!!
LOL

think about it... THIERS NO WAY for it to look that perfect.... on a retrofit thier are basicaly no hot spots.... good even output and a STRONG cut off line!
im going to take pics of it and show ya, may not be THAT perfect... but its pretty damn close

You can get that from doing a retrofit from like a BMW bulb or Acura TSX... pretty much alot of comparable sized car with projectors can be used. (does that make sense?) Anyways, if not you can always use stock housings (like me) and aim the beam down... i could go outside and take a picture but I live in an apartment now and i dont have a wall to aim them at.. just alot of cars.

I have a Hyundai Tucson and my light patteren is the same as projectors. So I am thinking of changing out that piece that covers the bulb in front. There is a screw that holds it in place..I just need to go to the wrecking yard to find the parts...I'll try to get a picture in when I find my cable for my camera....
