I finally got my halos!
Hey guys my halo lights finally came in today after over a month of wait from ebay. I bought the dual halo with black housing. I know some halos comes with a red wire and a black wire. But mine comes with 2 red wires. I dont know why is this. Is this for the two halos? How do i wire these up? So does it mean i dont have to ground it since it doesnt have black wires? Thanks guys
there arent any black wires coming out from anywhere? And no distinction between the two? Thast a ****ty deal.....
its PROBABLY NOT SAFE, but if you were desperate you can just try to hook them up one to 12v and one to ground, and if the halos dont light up switch them around, but again, its PROBABLY NOT SAFE AND IMO SHOULD BE A LAST RESORT! You might burn oyur halos out, but thats really all i can think of.

So its not just for the dual halos and it has to havea red and black for each light? This sucks i tried contacting the guy at ebay but he never replies anymore. Can I use the battery directly to test it out?

dont really understand hte first sentence, but each halo (4 of them) should have one red wire and one black wire coming out of it. The red's have to be grounded, and then blacks have to all be grounded.
and yes, you CAN test right ote the battery, but without a fuse you again risk burning out a halo, but yes, you can try it for sure.
I say get like a 9v battery or something and test it with that. When I hook up any lights or anything and I'm not sure which wire is which, I use a remote-control car's 9.6v battery pack.
^ good idea Reaper
or what i've done is just get a spare inline fuse i've got laying around (with a good fuse in it) and attach that to the positive wire real quick (just by twisting and putting a cap on there) and then testing it.

I have tested it using the battery and tried to ground one red and other red to the source and it worked. I switched them up when it didnt light up so i was lucky that the halos didnt get burnt. They worked!Next thing im gonna do is wire it to a switch inside the car but i cant seem to find a hole to put the wire through to get inside. Thanks guys
