Is there a kit that opens both ways? I don't think they are worth it because they cost a good deal, especially if your gonna have them installed. I can think of better uses for 1k.

I never thought about it, but I guess I would get tired of having to open the doors like that all the time. Hell, I get tired of having to open my regular doors.

no, because then that goes against the concept of how they operate. you could go to Auto-Loc though and get a kit so that they open by themselves

well that is an option I guess.

I know a few guys who have them on a vette. They tend to get laughed at..........

i was watching the NOPI Tuner Vision on speed and they had a chick's Jetta with Lambo doors up front and GullWing doors on the back. All 4 doors went up. I personally like it

i had them on my 94 ex, but i just took them off b/c they are a pain. They are only meant for show cars really, not daily drivers. And they are right, you have to open them for everyone or they will mess them up. But def. not worth it if its on a daily driver, invest in something useful.

i dont think they look that bad...just make sure to not get cheapo hinges. good lambo hinges will cost you well over 1 grand. otherwise they will be flimsy, may not be able to hold the door open by themselves, and a lot of the cheap ones just go up and not out so its hard to get through them
