Default lip painting question

I got a quote from my local body shop on front and rear lip paint. They want like $400 to paint front and rear lips and my factory skirts. My question is, do any of you think the spray cans of touch up paint would be fine to paint those with? I'd hang them from the ceiling of my shed (how i paint everything else) and paint them. I know the quality wont be close to professional, but with a little wet sanding, will it look decent

What color are you painting the lips and side skirts? If you paint em black to match yours rims, tint, and headlights I think itll look nice if you do it yourself.

I was going to find some factory touch up paint the same color as the rest of my car. The lips come black, and if i dont like them black I'm
going to paint them

Heh, Deffinetly paint it yourself, i just bought my front Type R lip, get the color match to your car paint, wet sand smooth enough for water to run off it evenly and do even coats! be patient when doing it, thats the key.

DIY! Just remember: lots of thin coats, not a few thick coats.
