Default Lower Valences.

Hey there, I'm actually relatively new to the forums, but I just bought a civic after selling my hard-to-upkeep/maintain Mercedes SLK 230 to my dad. I'm looking to see if you guys know anything about lower valences, if i'm correct.

It's a 1999 Honda Civic LX.

Here's a picture without the new 17' wheels I have on it. Stock, with fresh tint:

With black, chrome-lip wheels, it looks pretty nice. I'm trying to make it look as executive as possible to compensate for the benz. I noticed that the car doesn't have rear or lower valences. I just have a few questions.

1) Are there OEM front/rear lower valences?
2) Will they match the oem sideskirt already on the car?
3) Would it look clean/decent?

I actually like the black/white/chrome trim scheme I have set up. I'm trying to balance the sideskirt out with valences basically, so the car is covered front, rear, and side. I pretty much want them factory black.

^ That's the model and make I sold to my dad. I really like the black covering the expanse of the rear, side and front, and was hoping I could do the same thing to my Honda Civic. Hehe, i'm just trying to get this as accurate as I can :]

Thanks guys!
