Default lowering springs

I know theres a ton of brands out there, but if i get a 6th gen coupe, what company would be best to go with if i just wanna drop it about an inch or inch and a half? Also, I don't wanna spend a crap ton of money, but I don't wanna get ebay crap either... sorry to be so confusing. any suggestions? first hand experience? remember, i don't wanna lower it too much, just an inch or so. I plan on puttin a mugen front lip on it and don't wanna scratch it up. (lol, i don't even have the car yet! haha)

thanks ahead for any help
