The ambers go up the mirror and the blue ones go across and there are three wires one black for the ground, a white one which I believe is for the ambers and a blue which I believe is for the blue lights so I am guessing they will work independently having one on should not affect the other.

 

Hey, I think this is what you might be looking for. You can always put in a switch and be able to change from blue blinkers to amber. I drew up a diagram for you. The +12V would just be wired up to a SPST relay to your blinkers so that they won't blink out of control. (let me know if you need more help with that.)

 

what part in canada?...i no around here in Ontario most cops wouldnt bother you, but you get the odd one that will

 

I'm from Ottawa and I have other blue lights on my car that the cops don't seem to mind... One cop had a frenzy on me for putting a little neon in my front grill so I'm wondering if they would have a cow over blinking blue lights from my mirrors lol...
