Default Manual vs. Automatic Side Mirror Fitment

I've got the manual version of these mirrors on my car right now, but the other day one of my friends side mirrors hit mine and cracked it (his was undamaged [:@]) Those mirrors are automatic (in the link), but my car has manual mirrors. Will there be any fitment problems if i get those mirrors instead of manual ones, because the only manual M3 CF mirrors i can find have LED's in them, and they look REALLY bad. I will just have to adjust them by hand and either cut the wires or tuck them away, but will they fit?

the fitment should be exactly the same. and if you are looking for led cf manual mirrors Here is one.

On the manual versions, do they have an adjustment post or do you just have to push the glass? I've been debating on getting aftermarket mirrors.

You have to push the glass, so that kinda sucks. And the ones that i got, the glass on the driver side mirror was warped so it looked like you were looking in one of those weird mirrors at the carnival. lol I have the LED ones right now man, so i was looking for a set without the LEDs. Thank though.

ah....... had a feeling you wanted non led's, just the wording got me confused. Well to fix that HERE is a sale for manual mirros...........

From what it looks like with ebay searches, if it's something that's not front bumper area related (96-98/99-00 change) it's best to just search for either 96 or 00 parts. Most seller will just have the "96-00" in the sale name.

if you still have your stock power mirrors, you can use the motor and everything inside it to make it a powered. i read a couple of DIY's, but i can't find them. search google.

naw my mirrors were just manual stock. Yeah BlackDX those are the mirrors i'm going to replace my Carbon Fiber w/ LED mirrors i have now with. I think a carbon fiber gas door would compliment the mirrors nicely IMO.
