I live in a smallish city in Alberta, Canada. Here, the boys in blue have nothing better to do than hand out speeding tickets, seatbelt tickets and the like. A buddy of mine had to take off his tint up front even though it was the lightest shade you can buy. I have my share of tickets already, don't need any more.
