yeah, was not looking for 17"s but since they were real and cheap. i said Fuc* it, i'll rock these.....

Pls, I hate you. TE-37's are my favorite wheel of all time... I'm jealous
Anyway, 205/40-17 is the right tire size, but it still might rub depending on the offset (I can't see the offset, it's rubbed off of the sticker you posted). If it's a +40, you'll be fine if you roll the fenders. If it's higher than a +40 offset, you should be good. If it's lower, you'll probably rub.
You could probably stretch 195/40-17's on it, but like I said, 205/40's will be fine.
