ok so im trying to remove my bumper cover but my headlight on the pass side has a random bolt on the bottom and that is stopping me from removing the bumper filler and thus preventing the removal of the bumper cover

does anyone have any links to a how to section anywhere or even some info on how to get to that rogue bolt and such?

The only screws there should should be are the ones connecting the bumper cover to the side fenders in the front of the wheel wells, and then the two 12mm? bolts behind the bumper turn signals connecting the bumper reenforcement to the frame.

 

there are two bolts connecting it to the t bar as well but my headlight is in the way but i got some answers for it on ef honda also
