Default need help on car preping!!!

hello i just got my body and i was wondering on how 2 prep it myself; like doing the side skirts ,front, and back bumper.so it looks flush/clean. also what do i need to do, to prep the car for painting? and how much does championship white cost? and does anyone know any1 in socal that could paint it for a good price and are reputable?.
and how long does it usually take for them to paint it, since its a daily driver.

pretty much put the parts on and sand it down and lay down some primer paint. are you looking to paint your whole car or just the front/rear bumper and the side skirt? usually painting should take about 2 or 3 days, but it really all depends on what you are painting
