Default Needles went out. How do I fix it?

The needles of my instrument cluster do not light up anymore (98 DX AT). The gauge faces still light, but the needles themselves do not. They worked until I put on a carbon fiber sticker over the gauge bezel. I don't see how this could have affected anything though, I didn't push on anything very hard...

Anyways, How do you think I can fix this?

Thanks,
Jason

the needles never light up, but there are 2 bulbs on top of the cluster that gives them the look as if they were lighted up

well, if that's the case then those lights are definitely out now since I'm positive that my needles "looked like they were lit up" before. Could I have damaged them when removing the plastic in front of the cluster?
