How many pieces did you order (what size). And just to clarify that is a stock 97 front end just like mine. O, and noob question but doesnt chicken wire from home depot do the job.thanks for your time.
chicken wire? dude, if you have any love whatsoever for your car you won't put chicken wire on there, this is high quality aluminum thats why chicken wire wont work, it came already with a protective coat on it, chicken wire doesn't have that, and it is very hard to cut, it protects very well also...

as far as the stock, i think gunmetal meant that the mesh grille looks better then the stock one, he didn't mean the front end, if thats
what you were getting at, clarify a little better next time

and as far as how many pieces i ordered it's above just like i said man, u really gotta read the posts before you post a question that has already been answered

You have a good point about the chicken wire (to rice), but I was wondering if you would recomend apc's meash wire inserts. THanks for all the help, sorry for the hard time.

I have used the apc mesh. its not bad. Easy to install. hardest part is cutting the mesh to the right size with wire snips cause you have to leave some excess to hold it in place. i have gotten rid of my stock front end now and went with a tsunami T2000 front end with pre cut mesh which i like ALOT better. I think instead of spending money on just a mesh insert you should go get a different bumper.
