I'm waiting til spring to lower my car too... Wisconsin winter = lots of snow. I'd rather not use my lip as a plow. Wisconsin roads suck all year round though, from the cold winter the roads crack bad so it is a lot of swerving of potholes and I get to do the ol' 45 degree angles up driveways... waiting til spring gives me time to save for a nice set of GC's on some Tokico's or somethin. BTW I've got a mugen style lip on my car and I love it. Your best bet is to get polyurethane like I did, it'll scrape and bend but won't crack like an abs plastic one. When it showed up at my house it was in a box like 4 ft long, just looked at it and wtf is that right... but it was folded up. I paid under $50 for mine off eBay, and that's shipped.

looks nice but you should wet-sand them and give it one more coat.. then wet sand again and clear coat it... it would be alot smoother and factory looking.. like it was suppost to be like that, not painted, ya know.
