You won't have to retrofit if you buy headlights with blast bulbs.....haha I'm surprised this thread wasn't/isn't locked

Paypal is way easy to sign up with. It's pretty much like making an email account.

Yeah, you just go to paypal.com and follow the instructions to sign up. It's free, and you just have to provide some info and put a debit card or credit card on file for payment purposes. It actually asks for a bank account number I believe, and that's what I have mine on.

My debit card is the same as my bank account, but if you pay on paypal via a bank transfer, it takes a few days to show up on your bank statement which IMO is kind of annoying. For this reason, when I go through the checkout procedure with Paypal I like to click the link that says something like "additional funding sources" and then I select my debit card which I have put on file. This way, the purchase instantly shows up on my online bank statement and I don't end up spending money on accident that I don't have.

If you want to be guaranteed your money in the event of a lost package or scam or the like, always pay with your debit/credit card and never pay with money that you already have in your Paypal account from payments you may have recieved from selling things of your own. Visa and Mastercard basically demand to Paypal that you get your money back, and you will always win your money back if you pay via debit/credit card under "additional funding sources" during checkout.

What you do is you have to have an eBay account also. After you click "buy it now" on eBay and confirm your purchase, then go to "Pay now" at the top of the listing. Then it should ask you about using Paypal or whatever and you select that as your method of payment. Then it should take you to some screens on eBay where it shows you your invoice, and then you will eventually end up on a page asking for your Paypal e-mail and password, and then after you enter that it will bring you to where you need to be to pay. At the top-middle will be the area where you can click "additional funding sources".

You have to set up your debit/credit card or bank account ahead of time via your Paypal account at paypal.com.

OH, and if you ever get an e-mail from "eBay" that looks su****ious, make sure that it says your user name in the message. eBay e-mails will always address you by your user name, not as "user" or something similar. If you receive a fishy e-mail, forward it to spoof@ebay.com and they'll take care of it. Never follow the links in a fishy e-mail and never type in any information. Always look at the address bar in your browser to make sure you're at an authentic "ebay.com" site.

ok, i guess you don't need the bank account number

OH, i know why i have to have mine... because i sell things and then transfer the funds to my bank account.

anyway, no you don't have to add funds to paypal. just select your card when you pay.

Paypal is basically the middle man between the seller and you. They act as a credit card processor so that the seller never sees your credit card information.
