new wheels

i have a black 99 si and i want to buy some new wheels for summer. i found these wheels i really like but:
-its an ebay seller
-theyre super cheap

I want to get 17"

i don't want to cheap out on wheels, but they look really nice. does anyone know anything I should know about Akuza wheels or this type of seller? i'm new to this stuff

Ive sold those before and they hold up well..buy them at that price..don't forget to get the Tuner Lug Nuts that fit your Car and Wheels..should be about $25.00 extra-and worth it...
