I've heard alot about Nightshade, mostly good reviews. I figured i'd ask around the forum how well it is, and get some personal opinions. I just wanted to do my tailights, and I heard you could do your headlights too? I don't know how good that would look, or effective.. Also, someone told me and brought it up, that.. Since its only a type of spray paint, it might not be that good? Like, if rain or other natural elements hit it.. That it would peel off, or stuff like that.

But, does anyone have this stuff applied, or has tried it? If so, please give me some feedback so I can be encouraged to buy this. I've been kind of hesitant.

 

i used it on my taillights and i like it just be sure to clear coat your lights or they will fade

 

my firned put 2 coats on his Cobalt's headlights and it looks sick as hell. The HID's look super good through it

 

A clear coat.. Mmm.. Whats some good solution to put on them? Also.. I heard you need to use some really fine sandpaper to give them a GOOD, high gloss finish, and I thought "..What the hell, what sandpaper WOULD I use?!"

Also, anyone got some pictures of them on them? I wouldn't mind seeing 'em . Also.. What did you guys do? Take out your headlights/tailights? I was thinking just put some tape around then and then spraying them? Also.. How well did the headlights turn out? I'm kind of hesistant to do my headlights because I don't want too much light blocked out, or I didn't know if it would affect my headlights brightness too much, or not.

 

Addiction2bass used nightshade...and if you search he has some totorials out there somewhere...he has actually tinted his tail lights a few times...might want to PM for info or wait for his responce.
