i want to put some accents on my interior.

i want to paint certain parts of it. but i dont know what kind of paint to use. this is exactly the kind of look im going for here.

im going to eventually make everything on the car to have a white and green color scheme. so i intend to paint all parts of the interior white, and then accent it with green (just like the pic of aryiman98civic's interior)

if at all possible, i would like to steer away from spray painting, and i would like to paint the parts without removing them from the car.

if anybody has any ideas.. please let me know.

How else would you get the paint on? aryiman's civic is so nice, though...

 

if at all possible i would like to just tape and mask around the areas and paint on it with a brush.. this spring.. either way im painting it. but i would rather not have to take all the panels off and spraypaint. so any other ideas anyone has. (and by the way im looking for a lime green paint thats not too metalic but not too flat either. so if anyone knows a website that i could find paint like this.. that'd be great too)

 

These guys usually reccomend Krylon paint... you should look in the DIY section and you will see how they did it... but if you tape and brush you wont be able to get in the cracks....

 

yea you're right. i was just lookin for the easy way out.. and thats how im gunna screw myself. i need to just do it right.. im not gunna stop just with the accents like aryiman did. everythings gunna be white, then the accents will be green. and eventually i hope to replace all the carpet in the car with white carpet (at which point every waking minute will be dedicated to keeping it clean. haha. im hoping that by the end of the summer im gunna have a show car that will turn heads. when it gets a little warmer out im going to build a custom box for my subs. its gunna be pretty. and ya'll can count on me postin pictures everytime i get somethin done. so everyone's gotta let me know how they like it.

Did you build a custom fit box??? Or just a box that goes in the trunk? Cuz I want mine to totally fit in my trunk and wrap around. Ill draw a picture and post it so you know what I mean. Its gunna be badass
