Default power locks help?

i have a 98 white honda civic lx and when i try to unlock it with my alarm pad my locks just shift a little and only unlock once in a while. Im extremely new to cars and i was wondering if "liquid wrench" white lithium grease would fix my problem. if not, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
thanks

Could be the locks are sticky or the actuator is toast. If unlocking manually is normal, then the latter is likely true.

Well the problem is i don't want to unlock manually (which i have to do for every door in the car). Is there any damage i could do if i tried the grease?

I was not telling you to give up the power locks and use them manually. I was saying that if the locks work smoothly when used manually, then the actuators most likely need to be replaced to fix the problem.
