Problems with fiberglass Body Kits???

Default Problems with fiberglass Body Kits???

I was just lookin at a Buddy Club Body kit for my 05 Si, was gonna get it but the guy said he doesnt reccomend it because it is fiberglass is horrible and it will break easily.

Has anyone else had problems with there fiberglass body kits??

fiberglass sux but sometimes it is the only way to go if u want that look. it will crack if u hit anything with it. plus it usually cost more to get it fitted cause it is usually way off and most of the time it is real thin and has dips and dives in it. unlike urethane bumpers which most stock cars come with a fiberglass one will crack if under alot of pressure like hitting something with it. my last bumper i had i hit a pot whole and cracked the whole left side. it isn't that strong. now i heard the blue class fiberglass kits fit better and are usually stronger but cost more money and they will break also....

well i guess that guy was right, he told me about like what you said. it sucks that there is not many urethane body kits out for it that are under a grand. I would really like to get a wide body urethane kit for it. Thanks for the Help
