Default questions.

1. do you think i could put black RSX type-s seats from like an 05 in a 96 civic? there just black with micro suede and cloth... extremely comfy but i dunno if its possible...

2. does anyone know any good DIY on painting rims?



any help or opinions let me know =]

well not sure about the seats.. your best bet is to measure the seats and see if they will fit first. but to make them fit to the floor thats easy enough to make some seat brackets or modify the ones that you have to them.
ive just never cared for the newer civics materials they just feel weird to me.

and painting wheels is no different than painting anything else. scuff/smooth and paint or primer and paint. not to tuff.

thats what i thought about the paint i have tiny pit of curbage sanding should get that down right?

You can either sand the curbing or use some body filler to smooth it out.

ya depends how bad of curbage........ if its really bad i would try somekinda metal filler.
i sanded a hell of a lot of curbage outta some old wheels but i never really drove on them. just give them plenty of time to dry before you handle the wheels.

look i found a DIY on rsx seat in my car!!! im so excited! the back seat needs a little work. but i wanna make it work!
even if i just get all back seat covers for the back omg i'd be nice!

ya the fronts look very easy to do... i would definatly do some better work on those custom brackets.LOL
wouldnt have took much more work to trace the pieces out and cut them after test fitted and then painted to keep from rusting. that rust looks horible on the interior!

looks like the rear might be a PITA tho. but i wish you good luck!

yeah im not too crazy about the back it isnt flush and stuff.... but we'll see the fronts look easy =]
