Default Questions on front lit and also fogs

So I mashed up my front bumper pretty well and have a brand new primered one ready to go on. My question is, is a front lip significantly easier to install with the bumper being off?

Also on fog lamps im looking at the classic 40-60 dolla ebay deals. Does anyone have these and can you reccommend the seller you used?

gracias

f

well with the fog lights im more all about OEM foglights just cause they are SO much easier to wire up.....
mine was all plug and play and came with OEM instructions.... so no guess work!
but ya im sure the lip will be alittle easier to instal with it off the car BUT not that much easier... plus ya dont wanna scratch up the bumper with laying it on its face of course... just lay the lip out in the sun and park the car out in the sun awhile then pull it into a shade and slap the lip kit on

i kept it on there, it was really simple either way, but i think its also easier to line it up because you'll be able tosee what it looks like with the bumper on the car, not the bumper laying on the ground

just follow this : https://www.hondacivicforum.com/m_293752/tm.htm

I installed a set of ebay fogs a while ago and they were kinda of a pain in the ***. especially the wiring altough i did not do the wiring.but other than that i think they are good for the price. the fitment its not 100% perfect but its close. U might have to splice some wires if u get the ebay fogs but someone who knows of electrical stuff can do that no problem. my father inlaw did the wiring for me and it didnt even took him 10 minutes.
