20000 hours is one year of continuous lighting... of course that is possible with HIDs... they use less power and the nighttime only lasts for a couple hours each day... I think you should go for it!

lol, most hid bulbs last about 3000 hours, some kid in my class said his bulbs last up to 20000 hours, i find this hard 2 believe
